When the temperature controller is installed and used, the following points must be noted:
(1) Thermocouples and thermal resistors should be installed vertically on horizontal or vertical pipelines as far as possible, and there should be protective sleeves when installed to facilitate maintenance and replacement.
(2) Different measuring components should be selected according to different temperatures. Generally, when the measurement temperature is greater than 100 ° C, a thermocouple should be selected, and a thermal resistor should be selected when the temperature is less than 100 ° C.
(3) The cold end of the thermocouple should be at the same ambient temperature, the same type of compensation wire should be used, and the positive and negative should be connected.
(4) When measuring the temperature in the pipeline, the length of the element should be on the center line of the pipeline (that is, the depth of the protective tube insertion should be half of the pipe diameter).
(5) Use high temperature resistant cable or high temperature compensation line in high temperature area.
(6) The wiring should be reasonable and beautiful, and the dial indication should be correct.
(7) When the temperature moving coil meter is installed, the opening size should be appropriate, and the installation should be beautiful and generous.
